What the request form collects
The request form on the homepage collects your full name and email address, which are required, and an optional phone number and optional message. Please share only what you are comfortable sending.
How the information is used
We use form details to read and respond to your request about exterior cleaning. We do not use them for advertising profiles.
Where submissions go and who receives them
When you submit the form, your details are saved in a PostgreSQL database with a UTC timestamp. They are then forwarded as JSON to LocalSiteCreator, a service that routes enquiries to the website operator. If forwarding fails, the saved entry is kept and forwarding is retried. The website does not send email itself. This policy does not set a fixed retention period.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not set application cookies for analytics or advertising. A secure session cookie is used when the website operator signs in to the private lead administration area. That session expires after eight hours. Websites reached through external links have their own data practices.
Submission protection
The server uses a keyed hash derived from the request IP address to limit repeated form submissions and sign in attempts. These rate limit records are stored separately from enquiry details. The application does not store the plain IP address in those records.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This happens automatically when you visit.
Map and external links
The Service Areas page displays a map image from OpenStreetMap, served from this website. Viewing that image does not make a request to OpenStreetMap. Choosing the map or its attribution link opens OpenStreetMap, which handles your visit under its own privacy and cookie policies.
Fonts and images
Fonts are served from this website. The photographic service illustrations are original generated imagery created with AI image tools and do not involve visitor data. The locally served city map uses OpenStreetMap data.
