A patio is where a home meets the yard, and it is the first surface to show neglect. Moss settles into joints, leaves leave tannin stains, and the whole space starts to feel too grimy to sit on.
Patio pressure washing clears that away. Whether your patio is poured concrete, interlocking pavers, or natural stone, the goal is the same: a clean, even surface that invites you outside.
Paver and flagstone patios hold water in their joints, which is exactly what moss and weeds want. Shaded patios under trees or beside the house are the worst affected, and they can stay slick well into summer.
Furniture legs, planters, and grill pads also leave rings and shadows behind. Washing lifts these marks and gives you a fresh start for the season.

Scope
Dirt and growth are washed from the face of each paver without blasting out the jointing material.
Textured stone is cleaned with a method chosen to protect softer faces and uneven edges.
Concrete slabs are cleaned evenly and rinsed free of gray film and leaf staining.
Moss and loose debris are cleared from joints and the borders where the patio meets the lawn.
Attached steps, seat walls, and planter edges are washed so the whole area looks consistent.
Process
Furniture is moved aside and nearby plants and doors are considered before any water is used.
A quiet corner is washed first to confirm the pressure suits the material.
The main surface is washed in even sections, working away from the house.
Joints and borders get a final pass, then the whole patio is rinsed clear.
Pavers often rely on sand between the stones. Washing removes loose growth, and some patios benefit from fresh joint sand afterward. That is a separate step from cleaning.
Natural stone varies a lot. If your stone is soft, chipped, or flaking, let us know so a gentler approach can be used.
Plan a dry day for outdoor entertaining after the wash. A clean patio dries quickly in sun, and you can bring the furniture back out the same day.
The method is matched to the stone. Careful technique cleans the surface without stripping the joints or scarring the face.
It is better to move furniture first so every part of the surface gets cleaned evenly.
